Aktuell befindet sich die belboon GmbH nicht in einem offiziell eröffneten Insolvenzverfahren. Vielmehr prüfen wir im Rahmen eines laufenden Insolvenzantragsverfahrens mit Hochdruck alle Sanierungs- und Restrukturierungsoptionen. In diesem Zusammenhang führen wir bereits seit einigen Tagen konkrete Gespräche mit relevanten Geschäftspartnern sowie potenziellen Investoren aus der Branche – mit dem klaren Ziel, den Unternehmenswert zu erhalten und eine belastbare Zukunftsperspektive zu schaffen.
Unser Ziel: In den kommenden Tagen möchten wir allen Partnern eine planbare und verlässliche Lösung vorstellen, die den Geschäftsbetrieb nicht nur absichert, sondern auch neue Wachstumspotenziale für Publisher, Advertiser und Agenturpartner eröffnet.

At this time, belboon GmbH is not yet in officially opened insolvency proceedings. We are currently in a preliminary phase of the application process and are working intensively on restructuring and recovery options.
